Y-City Gun Fest is first Saturday in October
The first ever Y-City Gun Fest will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 1 to 9 pm at the Muskingum County Fair Grounds. The grand prize winner will choose from a new Harley Davidson Electra Guide from Fink’s Harley Davidson, new Chevrolet Malibu from Jeff Drennan Super Stores or $20,000 cash and additonal prizes will be given away every five minutes. Over$200,000 in prizes will be awarded. Tickets are $50 each and only 3,500 will be available. To purchase tickets log on to www.ycitygunfest.com or call 740-586-3862.

August 3 – Meeting at the BLITS in the North Pointe Shopping Center. Fun day for members and their families.
August 10 – Darryl Cubbison – President of the Muskingum Agricultural Society.
August 17 – Meeting at the Muskingum County Fair – Carl Archer will be speaking about volunteer fire departments.
August 24 – Matt Perry – C.E.O. Genesis Healthcare Systems.
August 31 - District Governor Calvin Gebhart

Rotary Social Calendar
August 3rd: After work social at WEASEL BOY BREWING COMPANY on Muskingum Ave. Pizza provided by Rotary. Cash bar with local brews and wines starting at 5pm. All Rotarians and their guests are welcome. Don’t miss this summertime mixer! For more information contact Ken Johnson at 740-450-1550.
August 19th: Downtown Wine Crawl from 6:00 to 8:30 pm with stops at the Old Market House (wines of Italy), Zak’s (wines of Spain) and Bryan Place (wines of California). $30/person and $50/couple. Open to the public and tickets available at the three participating restauants.
September 18th: Family picnic at Jennifer Agins’ ranch. Bill’s Barbeque to cater food. Beer and wine provided. More details to follow.
